Joshua W. Walters

Josh was born in Austin, Texas and grew up in Melbourne, Florida. He is a graduate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Josh worked for a business litigation and insurance coverage boutique law firm in Downtown Jacksonville. He joined Manausa, Shaw & Minacci, P.A. in 2019 and subsequently became partner. Over his career, Josh has amassed extensive litigation experience and acts as lead counsel for complex commercial evictions from Destin to Tallahassee. In his spare time, Josh enjoys playing soccer, attending Florida Gator football games, traveling, trying new foods, networking, and politics.
