Daniel E. Manausa

Danny is an honors graduate from the Florida State University College of Law. Since 1995, he has successfully litigated jury and bench trials in both state and federal courts in Florida and other states. In addition, Danny has substantial experience in representing clients in sophisticated commercial and business transactions. Danny also has nearly 30 years of experience of guiding commercial and residential developers through the development process. Danny has served in leadership positions with several civic enterprises, including the Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, the Leon High School Foundation, and the Gulf Winds Track Club. He also has served as President of many booster organizations for public high school sporting teams. A running enthusiast, Danny currently hosts a running program for children of political refugees in connection with the Red Cross’s International Rescue Committee. Danny and his wife of over 30 years Allison live in Tallahassee and are the proud parents of three sons Chad, Danny, and Jack; and not always proud parents of three dogs Stella, Toby, and Pixie.

  • Served as lead attorney for the 352 million dollar acquisition of Babcock Ranch by the State of Florida.
  • Served as developer’s counsel for 80 million dollar apartment complex in Pensacola Florida.
  • Served as developer’s counsel for the reimagined Killearn Golf Club.
  • Served as multiple developers’ counsel for sales of turnkey lot communities to national builders such as D.R. Horton and Lennar.
