David K. Minacci

David K. Minacci, Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar, has more than 15 years of experience in collections and bankruptcy law, business litigation and real estate. He serves as the prosecuting attorney for the Board of Architecture and Interior Design. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1995 and to the State Bar of Georgia in 1996. He worked for the Department of Management Services where he was a Director of State Purchasing. He previously served as acting director of the Division of Professions, deputy general counsel and executive director of the Florida Board of Professional Engineers while employed with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation. He has served for numerous years as a youth baseball coach in Tallahassee.
