Kyle Shaw

Kyle is a native of Mayo, Florida, where his family has farmed for several generations, a tradition continued by his parents, siblings, and extended family. He graduated from the University of Florida in 2004 with a degree in Agriculture Education and Communication. Kyle worked for a local congressman and a lobbyist after college before deciding to attend law school. He met Darby Green (now Shaw) during the summer of their second year in law school when they both clerked in the Florida Department of Agriculture’s General Counsel’s office. Kyle graduated with honors from the Florida State University College of Law in 2008. After law school, Kyle worked three years with the Florida First District Court of Appeal, first as a staff attorney in the workers’ compensation unit and then as an elbow clerk for the Honorable Brad Thomas. Kyle joined Manausa Law Firm in 2011 and became a partner in 2015. In 2020, the firm was rebranded to Manausa, Shaw & Minacci, P.A. Kyle represents many local banks and financial institutions in commercial transactions, including SBA 504 loans. He also manages the firm’s residential transaction team. Kyle is a triathlete and runner, active in both the Gulf Winds Track Club and Gulf Winds Triathlete Club. Kyle and Darby live on a small horse farm between Tallahassee and Monticello with their two horses, Bea and Buttons, and their Weimaraner, Murphree.
